Travel Information

The Nittany Valley Sports Centre is just 3 miles north of the University Park Campus of Penn State. Penn State is located in the center of Pennsylvania. You have many ways of getting to Penn State: by car, by bus, or by plane.

By Car

From the Southeast: If you are traveling from the Southeast, take the Pennsylvania Turnpike and get off at the Route 322 West exit in Harrisburg. Follow West 322 until it merges with Interstate 99. Take the Innovation Park/Penn State University Exit. At the light, make a right onto Park Avenue. At the Beaver Stadium light, make a right onto Fox Hollow Rd. Follow Fox Hollow until Bernal Rd and make a left. Then make a left on Champion and the entrance to the facility will be your second right.

From the Southwest: Take Interstate 99 North. Take the Innovation Park/Penn State University Exit. At the light, make a right onto Park Avenue. At the Beaver Stadium light, make a right onto Fox Hollow Rd. Make a left onto Bernel Rd. and then a left onto Champion Dr.

From East or West: Take Route 80 toward the center of the state and take Interstate 99 south. Take exit 74 the Innovation Park/Penn State University Exit. Bear left to go toward Beaver Stadium/Bryce Jordan Center. At the Beaver Stadium light, make a right onto Fox Hollow Rd. Make a left onto Bernel Rd. and then a left onto Champion Dr.

From the North: Take Interstate 99 south. Take exit 74 the Innovation Park/Penn State University Exit. Bear left to go toward Beaver Stadium/Bryce Jordan Center. At the Beaver Stadium light, make a right onto Fox Hollow Rd. Make a left onto Bernel Rd. and then a left onto Champion Dr.

By Bus

There is a Greyhound Bus Terminal on the west side of campus. You can take the free campus loop to the east side of the university to take the free shuttle to the convention.

By Plane

The State College Airport (SCE or UNV) is only 1 mile from the Sports Centre. The airport offers direct flights to and from New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Tampa, and Orlando. Attendees can get connecting flights to those major cities. From the airport it is a short Uber or Lyft ride to the convention.

By Free Shuttle Bus

Happy Valley Comic and Collectibles Convention will be providing free shuttle bus service to and from campus. Students can catch the bus at East Halls in front of the East Parking Deck on Bigler Rd.
