Are you a Magic the Gathering Fan?
Happy Valley Comic and Collectibles Con will be hosting a Magic Draft Event in the game room on Saturday, March 1st at 2:00 pm. Cost is $25 and you receive three packs of cards.
Then at 11:00 Sunday, the con will be hosting a Commander Tournament! Cost to participate will be free!
Want to Play a Round or Two of Pokemon?
The Con will be hosting a Pokemon Tournament as well as a Magic the Gathering one! Want to learn how to play or just hang out and trade with some other players? Visit the game room on Saturday at 11 am for a two hour meet up!
Into Cosplay?
How about dressing up as your favorite character and join the Costume Contests on Saturday and Sunday? There will be three categories: 18 and over, 11 to 17 years old, and 10 and under.
The costume contest will be held Saturday at 3:00 for the 10 and under, and at 5:00 for the 11 to 17 year olds. The 18 years old and over costume contest will be on Sunday at 3:00.
Prizes will be in Con Cash that can be spent at the con! For the older contests the prizes will be: First place $100, second place $50 and third place $25! For the 10 and under category the prizes will be: First Place $50, second place $40, third place $30, fourth place $20, fifth place $10, sixth through tenth place will receive $5 each.
No dangerous weapons of any sort will be allowed. Items such as Thor’s hammer or Captain America shields will be allowed, but understand that it will be up to the discretion of security/staff to allow any item inside the center. If you are unsure, it is best to just leave it at home.

The Malachor Temple (Central PA Chapter of the Saber Guild) is the preferred Lucasfilm lightsaber performance group and the group will be holding free presentations and Padawan Training Sessions. There will be two child and one adult Padawan Training Sessions a day. Sign-ups and release forms will be at the Malachor Temple’s booth! Make sure you stop by there immediately when you arrive to sign up for a time! They provide the lightsaber! https://saberguild.org/
